The EVNS mobile app is a cross platform client-facing real estate application built to extend the full power of the EVNS platform to mobile users. It provides real time listings, map exploration, saved searches, notifications, and collaborative boards all within a seamless native experience.

This app was built for property buyers, sellers, and anyone searching for homes across Nova Scotia who prefer a mobile-first experience. It also supports collaboration between clients, advisors, friends, and family.

Solution
We built a fully cross platform app using React Native and Expo, backed by the same unified backend powering the EVNS platform. Users can browse listings, explore the map with live GPS positioning, save properties to shared boards, receive real time updates, and contact advisors directly.

Development Process
The mobile app was designed and developed alongside EVNS 3.0 to ensure full compatibility across platforms. We adapted the EVNS design system for mobile, focusing heavily on gesture based navigation and simplified property detail flows.
GPS, map rendering, and clustering required tailored performance tuning to work smoothly on mobile devices. Real time syncing tested deeply to guarantee instant updates between web and app.
The entire build was completed in 75 days from initial design to deployment on both app stores, including all review processes, bug fixes, and launch preparations.
